I am an artist at heart but did not start enjoying making art until after I delivered and raised a few of my children. I love them very much! As they started scribbling and then drawing and painting I discovered they had a natural talent. Since I homeschool I give them pointers here and then. But I actually get inspired by them. I love drawing people and I specially love my pregnancies and the time when my children were babies. I love when they nursed and when they played, and when they slept. I have art that is cute, odd, weird, sweet, and some that might cause a few eyebrows to raise. But I love everything God has created and the inspirations that come into my life because of it. There used to be a time in my adolescence when I used to draw monster like creatures. A person told me those were demonic. I stop drawing them. But the truth they were the ugly looking monsters that were opposite to my sisters cute looking monsters. She and I could have started a cartoon or comic series just with those. They were whimsical and actually very creative. She was also told by the same person that hers were demonic. I think the only one with demonic ideas was he. We discovered he did not respect us in many aspects than just artistic expressions. He was a jerk in real life! When I was in 8th grade during art class I drew the human body by just looking from afar at a picture of the human body. The teacher thought I had traced it because it was perfect as if he had been traced. I got a severe bad grade. They grade form scale from 1-10. I got a 1! I lost a little bit of confidence until I met my children. I am glad God brought them in my life for many reasons including re-visiting my natural talent!
